This Guidebook tells the story of the Farm to School Yolo program and also offers a great selection of logistical advice for creating your own Farm to School program. It also contains 40 inspirational recipes working with a wide variety of California's Specialty Crops- seasonal fruits and vegetables. The recipes incorporate many different cooking styles and international flavors and are perfect for 4-10 servings.
